Local officials have notified us that it is safe to reopen our office with infection control measures and social distancing in place. In order to keep our patients and team safe, we are spacing our appointments and limiting movement in the clinic. The flow has changed, but you will continue to receive the very best care from our team.
To ensure a safe environment, we have taken many precautions-including the following:
What should I do if I have an urgent eye issue? Give us a call! When you call us at 425-831-2020, you will have an option to either leave us a message for issues that can wait 24-48 hours for a response or if you have an emergency, follow the prompts to speak with one of our doctors. You can also email us at info@see20-20.com. We will be checking and responding to messages Monday through Friday. As always, one of our doctors is on call 24 hours a day for sight-threatening emergencies.
I'd like to schedule a telemedicine visit. How does that work? Telemedicine is a great option for pink eye, styes, dry eyes and other issues affecting the front surface of the eye. It is also a great option if you would like to consult with a doctor to understand whether it is safe for you to wait to have your symptoms addressed, or if you need more urgent care. To schedule a telemedicine visit, call us at 425-831-2020 or email us at info@see20-20.com. A few things to know about telemedicine visits:
We want to hear from you and stay connected. Please don't hesitate to call us at 425-831-2020 or shoot us an email at info@see20-20.com with your questions.

To ensure a safe environment, we have taken many precautions-including the following:
- Each staff member must take their temperature and log this prior to starting work for the day.
- Patients are screened by phone before arrival to assess their risk factors, then screened again when entering the clinic (along with anyone accompanying them).
- Providers, staff and patients must wear masks. We ask that patients enter the clinic wearing a face covering.
- We are limiting the amount of people in the clinic. Please come to your appointment by yourself (unless you need assistance).
- Strict hand hygiene is practiced, and surfaces are regularly disinfected.
- The number of individuals in any given space is reduced to allow for social distancing.
