How is the postop period different with the Light Adjustable Lens and the Light Delivery Device?
Patients must wear the RxSight glasses provided to them at the time of their surgery at all times unless sleeping until their final treatment by the LDD machine – this is indoor and outdoors. LAL patients can only wear the RxSight UV glasses as wearing any other glasses will resort in distortion to the implanted lens and a potential bad outcome of the procedure. Please download and read the brochure below that explains in more detail.
